Lil Wayne Tour Dates 2011


Lil Wayne just does not stop! The rapper, who is working hard on Tha Carter IV, has announced he will be embarking on a tour with Nicki Minaj and Travis Barker throughout March and April 2011.

Now that his jail stint is over, Lil Wayne tour dates for 2011 will keep the performer busy. Fans have eagerly awaited the announcement of his "I Am Music II" tour to see if he will visit a city in their neighborhood.

Just three months after being let out of jail, Lil Wayne is ready to face a spring tour with 24 dates across North America. The "I Am Music II" tour starts in Buffalo, New York on March 18 and ends in East Rutherford, New Jersey on May 1.

Billboard reports other hot performers will be joining Weezy on the arena tour including Nicki Minaj, rapper Rick Ross and drummer Travis Barker.

The "I Am Music Tour" in 2008-2009 grossed about $42 million for Lil Wayne. Recently he appeared on "Saturday Night Live" with rapper Eminem.

"Tha Carter IV" is due to be released in the spring. The first single from the album is already at No. 11 on the Hot 100, "6 Foot 7 Foot."
