Storm still expected to be a hurricane for Haiti

Tomas had a brief surge on Tuesday, but once again the victim of upper level winds shear and disorganization.  It is expected to have a much more favorable environment with resurge back to hurricane strength over the next two days.  Forecast projections include lighter upper level winds and warm sea surface temperatures.
