Palin lacks the 'gravitas' to be president : Karl Rove

Karl Rove and Barack Obama may have finally found something they can agree on: Sarah Palin.
In an interview with the Daily Telegraph, the former Bush adviser blasted Palin's political ambitions, wondering whether she has the "gravitas" needed to take on "most demanding job in the world." Said Rove:

With all due candor, appearing on your own reality show on the Discovery Channel, I am not certain how that fits in the American calculus of "that helps me see you in the Oval Office."

Rove, who did say that Palin had done a "terrific job" as a vice-presidential nominee, also flagged a commercial for Palin's upcoming show, which features the potential 2012 contender outdoors and telling the audience, "I would rather be doing this than in some stuffy old political office."

When asked whether Palin stood a chance of unseating Obama in the next election, Rove answered, "you can make a plausible case for any of them on paper, but it is not going to be paper in 2011. It's going to be blood, it's going to be sweat and tears and it's going to be hard effort." He also added that.
